Group fitness classes are a great way to meet people and de-stress after a long day. We offer a wide variety of classes to meet the needs of our patrons. Classes range from yoga to Zumba, Pilates to Kettle Bell boot camp. We are committed to continuously refining and expanding our group fitness programs to best fit the needs and expectations of everyone in the community.

Group Fitness Etiquette…
*All classes are designed for every level of physical fitness.
*No one is allowed into class 15 minutes past the start of the class.
*Cycle, Kettlebell, and Rowing participants are to sign in at the front desk.


A full body workout that involves Barbell resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt and core and cardio to increase the heart rate.  It is an intense workout that challenges all of your major muscle groups and tones, sculpts and strengthens your entire body.


Ballet & Dance techniques, Yoga postures, functional strength exercises, and cardiovascular training all woven together to create a fun, total body workout.

Butts & Guts

The focus of this class is on the abdominals, buttocks, and hips. A wide variety of body weight and hand weight exercises are used to target these areas with the intent to tone and strengthen.


This is a 20 minute class of hardcore abdominal work.  It focuses on toning & defining the abs & strengthening the back to improve posture & core strength.


A sweat provoking aerobic & anaerobic workout that builds muscle & endurance. Climbs, runs, sprints, intervals, varied resistance, & many other drills that will leave your legs screaming for more.

Cycle 360

Cycle, Strength, & Core. This Circuit style class combines indoor cycling and OFF the bike strength & core training. It’s an amazing combination of an aerobic bike workout along with resistance band or hand weight strength training for the upper body and core.

Learn the basics of floor work, basic spins, and prepare to climb in this beginner-friendly pole fitness class. EDGE Members pay just $12.50 per class.

Dance along in your own time as we piece together a puzzle of shapes, grips, and pole skills in this class designed for beginners through advanced pole students.

High Intensity Interval Training… Build strength & endurance with challenging athletic drills & exercises. Everything from squats, pushups, Plyometric training, to other intervals that will work your entire body.


Shed fat, define muscle, and rev up your metabolism with an intense & effective interval/circuit workout divided into sections of 3 minutes of strength moves, 2 minutes of cardio, & 1 minute of core.


Different than any other form of weight training! Through the basic movements of swing, snatch, clean and jerk, Kettlebells use many parts of the body simultaneously. This training will increase endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.

A low impact cardio class that have you working your brain as well. We use music from all around the World so if Country is not your genre, that is ok. No big belt buckle required for this class; bring tennis shoes, water and a sweat towel ‘cause you’ll sweat!


A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses. You will strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique!


Using Concept 2 Rowing Machines and various rowing techniques, this class will lead you through a high energy, low impact, full-body cardio and strength rowing workout for everyone. (The instructor may choose to add light weight lifting) *sign in at the front desk* *Only five people per class*


Full body strength training/weight lifting workout, utilizing hand weights & bars to create lean muscle mass & burn body fat. All levels will enjoy this class.


A flow of energizing poses focused on breath initiated movements & awareness of energy within the body. Breath, balance, flexibility, strength, & stability to calm your mind & enhance your body.


The hottest high energy aerobic workout around! An easy to follow, fiery, Latin-inspired cardio workout that will leave you wanting more.
