Group fitness classes are a great way to meet people and de-stress after a long day. We offer a wide variety of classes to meet the needs of our patrons. Classes range from yoga to Zumba, Pilates to Kettle Bell boot camp. We are committed to continuously refining and expanding our group fitness programs to best fit the needs and expectations of everyone in the community.

Group Fitness Etiquette…
*All classes are designed for every level of physical fitness.
*No one is allowed into class 15 minutes past the start of the class.
*Cycle, Kettlebell, and Rowing participants are to sign in at the front desk.


One week you’ll… Strengthen & tone your upper body & core in this invigorating class while using body weight resistance, dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and more. The next week you’ll… Focus on the abdominals, buttocks, and hips with a wide variety of body weight & hand weight exercises that are used to target these areas with the intent to tone & strengthen.


A full body workout that involves Barbell resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt and core and cardio to increase the heart rate.  It is an intense workout that challenges all of your major muscle groups and tones, sculpts and strengthens your entire body.


Ballet & Dance techniques, Yoga postures, functional strength exercises, and cardiovascular training all woven together to create a fun, total body workout.


Tank push, farmer walk, Jacobs Ladder, agility ladder, rowing, treadmill hill climbs, Kettlebells… Anything goes when we meet up for some intense circuits on the green grass!


A sweat provoking aerobic & anaerobic workout that builds muscle & endurance. Climbs, runs, sprints, intervals, varied resistance, & many other drills that will leave your legs screaming for more.

FRESTYL POLE BASIC (female-only)

Learn the basics of floor work, basic spins, and prepare to climb in this beginner-friendly pole fitness class.  EDGE Members pay just $12.50 per class.


High Intensity Interval Training… Build strength & endurance with challenging athletic drills & exercises. Everything from squats, pushups, Plyometric training, to other intervals that will work your entire body.


Have you ever wanted to try a class, but found yourself worrying that you won’t know what’s going on? Well, you’re in luck! These introduction classes will break things down, ease you in to basic class moves, & leave you feeling ready to join any class!


Shed fat, define muscle, and rev up your metabolism with an intense & effective interval/circuit workout divided into sections of 3 minutes of strength moves, 2 minutes of cardio, & 1 minute of core.


Different than any other form of weight training! Through the basic movements of swing, snatch, clean and jerk, Kettlebells use many parts of the body simultaneously. This training will increase endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.

n action-packed, noncontact workout that combines a series of punch & kick combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone & endurance.

P90x & PIYO:

The class starts with P90x… Total-body strength training using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight resistance to build lean muscle. Plus blocks of cardio & core conditioning that will rev up your metabolism & help you blast fat. Then it eases into PIYO… Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength & flexibility advantages of yoga. By cranking up the speed it delivers a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, & incredibly defined.


Think traditional PiYo intensified! This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength & flexibility advantages of yoga. Add in some cardio bursts and you have a true fat-burning, low-impact workout your body will love.


Using Concept 2 Rowing Machines and various rowing techniques, this class will lead you through a high energy, low impact, full-body cardio and strength rowing workout for everyone. (The instructor may choose to add light weight lifting) *sign in at the front desk* *Only five people per class*


Full body strength training/weight lifting workout, utilizing hand weights & bars to create lean muscle mass & burn body fat. All levels will enjoy this class.


Strength training for your abs, arms, shoulders, chest, & back. This class will help you shape, tone, & sculpt your entire upper body.


A flow of energizing poses focused on breath initiated movements & awareness of energy within the body. Breath, balance, flexibility, strength, & stability to calm your mind & enhance your body.


The hottest high energy aerobic workout around! An easy to follow, fiery, Latin-inspired cardio workout that will leave you wanting more.

It’s a Zumba party with so much more! By adding resistance & using light hand weights it will help you focus on specific muscle groups, so you and your muscles stay engaged.
